When you submit a product request or service inquiry, NK Health Management stores the name or organization, email address, country and request details you provide. Technical security records may also be processed to operate and protect the website. Do not include confidential patient information.

Payments
The website request forms do not collect payment. Payment instructions are confirmed separately before protected delivery. Customers should not submit payment-card credentials through ordinary NK contact or order forms. The payment provider's own privacy and transaction terms may apply.
Sharing and retention
Request records are held in the website’s administrative system. Hosting and file-storage providers process data as needed to operate the service. Orders and payment
Submitting a request does not create an online payment. The order, payment instructions and delivery arrangements are confirmed separately. Protected delivery is released after payment verification.

Digital Product License

A purchaser may download, store, edit, brand and internally use purchased templates for the purchasing organization's own activities, subject to the product-specific license supplied with the package.
The purchaser may not resell, publicly upload, publicly redistribute, sublicense, share the package with unrelated organizations, or repackage the original or modified files as a competing template product. Broader-use licensing should be arranged separately.
Refund & Digital Delivery Policy
Digital delivery: Protected access is provided after payment verification. Contact NK if you cannot access the supplied delivery link.
Delivery or transaction problems
If a customer is charged more than once for the same order, receives a corrupted or materially incomplete file, or cannot access purchased files because of a delivery problem attributable to NK Health Management, the transaction and delivery should be reviewed and an appropriate remedy provided.
Change-of-mind requests
Because downloadable products can be copied after access is granted, eligibility for a change-of-mind refund may be limited after successful delivery, subject to mandatory rights under applicable consumer-protection law.
Customized services
Refund, cancellation and revision conditions for customized work should be stated in the applicable quotation or service agreement before work begins.
Mandatory rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
